asda seafood deli mix

Does anyone no how many syns this is please. this is a sandwich filler.

What has it got in it ? is it mayonnaise etc.. or just the seafood - sorry I don't shop in Asda so can't picture it !

If it's this: http://graphics.asda.com/PRODUCT/71/03/P-2250371-f.gif, per 100g (tub is 250g) it comes out as (if you use the nutritional information on Asda's website) 12½ syns on both green and red.

If you put prawns in as free food, you get:
11 Syns per package/portion on Extra Easy
12½ Syns per package/portion on Green
11 Syns per package/portion on Original
