Help ladies answer please, period question

Hi hunny's, im really hoping someone can help me here, if this is the wrong place im sorry, Ive been on CD for around 3 weeks now and i was supposed to have my period last week, am i havent had it yet and im ultra mega worried, now before i go and get a test does CD sometimes mess up your cycle? Also im starting a new job on monday would this stress mess up my cycle? Im asking as me and my bf have always used protection, and a few weeks ago it slit but my bf noticed before anything happened.

Hope someone can help, sorry for asking but i dont really know where to post it.

Hi Nessy, i have heard in other posts of the diet messing up your cycle, and also stress can cause it as well, i'd get a test anyway just to be sure xx

When I did LL before I found I would have 6 weeks between periods.I'm a few days late this time too so I suspect it will be similar.

I'm normally like clock work but was late this month.. definately something that can be diet related - normal diets of low cal as well as CD.

If it's not here soon i'd be testing just to be sure. ((hugs))
