Yes it will hun. You have to wait for your body to get into kitosis, when that happens, you will not feel hungry. At the moment, just keep chugging down the water, this stops the hunger pangs.
 
Try some hot drinks, water, tea or coffee to curb your hunger too and you could split your shakes into two.
 
Yeah it will pass! I cant really comment though as to be honest i dont think i have actually felt 'hungry' on this diet but for some the first few days are the hardest whilst yer body is getting into ketosis! :D
 
im on day 8 and its wayyy easier once you get into week 2!dont worry!stick with it!it will pay off in the long run!!
 
yeah the first 5 days is the hardest try nettle tea its lovely or twinings do a peppermint and nettle one they seem to make the hunger disapear! for a while anyway! but after a while you dont feel hungry at all! stick with it its so worth it! :D

It's hard but keep drinking the water and it will make a difference.

Go to bed early if necessary!!!! But don't give in! It gets easier.
