I am just a little confused after checking out a few syn values. For example Muller light yoghurts are free right? (certain flavours) however when I search for them on Slimming World website, it comes up with the flavours in 100g. However the pots are 200g or 165g. Does this still mean it is competely free?? If something is a free food, is it unlimited or do you have to still to the measured amount?
