bad week

Ive got cystitis which is making me feel yuk at the moment which is awful cause All I want to do is comfort eat!!
I gave in 2 times this week and with todays weigh in ive sts.
I guess thats better than putting any on but I could kick myself for being naughty this week!!!!
Anyway on the upside I managed to get a exercise machine off ebay for £6.49 hubby is going to pick it up for me tonight so hopefully with some extra exercise next weeks result will be a bit better.

Trouble is my worry is I went shopping for all the kids easter eggs this week and family always tend to buy them lots of eggs :sigh:.....Think ill have to get hubby to lock them up somewhere come easter!!

well no damage done so you can keep on going and let the pounds start coming off, think positive it will help you get to your goal you can do it
