Any CDC councellors about to offer advice on constipation?

Hey, I have used fibre sure after experiencing problems myself and feel much better since.
You can get it from boots and it doesn't affect ketosis either!:D

Good luck hun, I know it can be agony. :(

As it's too late to use fibre 89 I would suggest a visit to the chemist or supermarket for Senakot tablets (they are small and green). If you take two for bed I'm sure you'll go nice and soft in the morning (they don't give me tummy ache which some do)
Good luck

I take the supermarkets own brand to help things moving along.
They work out loads cheaper than the names brands plus they contain same active ingreds, Tesco, Asda, Sainsburys all pretty good, couple before bed with glass of water and off you go
I have been using benfibre and it is pretty good at helping things move.
Xx

Has anyone here ever used linseeds? I usually take them and they are just about the only things that work properly for me, but I'm unsure whether I can have them on the diet and my CDC doesn't know either.

I take a glass of Andrews Salts a day and the only problems I had was when I started on the bars and boy was I in discomfort. Once that passed I started taking Dulcoease (not Dulcolax) every couple of days and have had no problems since.
