Im thinking of doing E as Im at atrget and think this sounds like a good way of maintaning.
Today so far Ive had
porridge made with water , yog and fruit
2 apples
chicken and salad and mayo(extra light 1syn)
58g wm bread and butter(flora light 1syn)
now the bread I would normally have as a HEb but if i was to do EE it would have to be syned right?? as my porridge would be my HEb.
ifI was to carry on my red day my tea would be joes syn free burgers and salad but if I was to do EE would I be able to have syn free burgers, sw chips and beans or chickpea dahl and rice.
am I thinking this right or am I totally off the planet with it.
please any help would be fab.
