Day One, and its killing me!

I started Lipotrim today. I'm just sitting down to my third shake now. I'm soooo hungry!
Its only day one and im already dreaming of real food. I feel so weak :cry:
Did anyone else have this experience on day one? God, if im like this now i cant imagine what the next few days hold.

Just think positive Laura to how you will feel after your first weigh in, where you could lose anything from 6-12lbs. That should give you incentive hun. Also try splitting your shakes in the first week or so, have six half shakes instead of 3 full ones. That should curb your appetite. Drink plenty of water and have hot cups of tea or coffee, that will also help. I love hot pepermint tea with sweetex.
Today and tomorrow will probably be your worst days, get today over with and you could feel so differently tomorrow. Above all - DONT GIVE IN, you CAN do it.
 
Have you had plenty of water? What about black tea or coffee or green tea?Might help you fill up. Also some people split their shakes so have 4 or 5 a day. The 1st week is the toughest, Your 1st weigh in will spur you on, it does get better!
I had lots of baths and early nights in my 1st week, definatly helped x
 
Thanks for the quick replies ladies. I havent managed the two litres yet. Probably nearer one and a half. I usually live off diet coke (i know very unhealthy!) so all this water is making me feel quite sick!
I've just made myself a cup of tea (black of course) i think im going to have a lie down and see if this sick feeling goes away.
Seeing everyones progress on here really inspires me. I really do want this, but theres a nagging voice in my head saying i wont be able to do it.
Although, today i went to the supermarket to get some sweetener and some green tea, and did manage to walk past all the goodies!
 
I agree with the early nights. I just used to get a bit bored!
Buy some Earl Grey, I found that to be a life saver. And yummy too. NOT Lady Grey though!

Hang in there, it will get easier :)
 
Peppermint tea made warm and allowed to cool is counted towards your water intake and easier to drink than plain old water. Try to get at least 2 litres down you though hun as it will help with the loss.
