Having wondererd if I could have lost this week (feeling fat and heavy!) I got on the scales this morning and another 5lb had disappeared!

How did that happen?! I don't care - as long as it keeps happening!!!

Hope everyone else did great too.

Wow, well done, that's superb. You must be thrilled! Every time I read these posts it reminds me of why I love this diet!
