Still Climbing That Hill!
This could be the dumbest question ever but i have to ask to put my mind at rest.
On the slimming world website it says these can be a HEXB but it says kelloggs All Bran Crunchy Oatbakes, mine dosn't say All Bran just Kelloggs Crunchy Oatbakes....are they the same??
 
thats what mine say, i looked on the SEL the price label on the shelf in ASDA and it said all bran ... its confusing but they're the right ones well i think so anyway

Yes I often sit and eat these like biscuits rather than as a bowl of cereal, I think 22 are a HEB lol!!!

They are delicious, however they were partly responsible for my 1/2 lb gain this week - I say partly because it was mainly down to my lack of willpower! Had saved most of my syns to have some wine at weekend - which i did, but then had an argument with the boyf so when he went home I proceeded to eat the rest of the box of these - probably about 55 syns worth i reckon - not good! I love them but can't trust myself.... lol
 
i was going to ask the same question on web site it deff says all bran crunchy oatbakes but on box just crunchy oatbakes are we deff sure they are one and the same lol five and a half syns if you have already had your bs lol they are realy nice
 
I'm not sure if I bought the right things. I thought I had, but, reading this, there was WAY more than 22 in my bowl. I'm confused now. Has anyone got a piccie of the correct box that they could post?

i managed to eventually find these during the week, couldn't get them at asda or sainsburys, got them at morrisons, and they are yummy, and quite filling.
 
Thanks to this thread I am absolutely hooked, didn't even know they were a HEB until yesterday. They taste just like my fav biscuits....hob nobs. Did check the Asda website & the box on there as well as the calories are exactly the same, except on the website the box does say all bran, but these are high fibre so I am 99% sure we are all eating the right ones....even dd loves these!!
 
Can someone tell me how many grammes you have as a HEB? I tried them for the first time today and they are just like eating hob nobs!
 
Oooh these sound nice, I may just have to slip some into my shopping trolley this week :)
 
I managed to find them in asda and verrrry yummy they was too, gonna get another box today hehe.
