Wii Fit and Cambridge

Just curious anyone had any results using the wii fit whilst on the cambridge? If so can I please have statistics??

what statistics do you mean?
my wii fit age was 25 the other day, and today it was 28, which is pretty amazing since its usually 37ish. i am 25 though.

i do at last an hour of the aerobics exercise every morning and try to do one every night too. havent really bothered with the yoga or muscle work out yet though...and the balance things don't really count as exercise if you ask me.
