Wholemeal burger buns?

Im just me!
Does anyone no any other options apart from tesco as theres are 6.5.
 
In the last magazine they have burgers in wholemeal buns which are 57g each and have them down as a healthy extra

Not sure of any others lower than the tesco one for syns tho!
 
Thanks for your reply, i got the 57g buns but on the web site it states as 6.5 just woundered if there were any others.

I got this from the SW site - only thing is a 28g roll is probably tiny so u might be better sticking with Tesco's!!

If the bun is 57g and its wholemeal, then I would have thought you could use it as a HEB?
 
i always have a roll as hexb gem , i tend to have one aday for lunch as i cant be bothered making something for lunch its quick and easy
 
the asda small ones are really nice and you can have 2 for a hex b......... they are quite small but if you fill them with 2 burgers cheese and sauce they are yummmy xx
