CD and pregnancy

Hi

Just wondered if you are able to do any of the plans of Cd whilst pregnant!

Im not pregnant but a friend of mine is and just wondered.

I didnt think you could do CD whilst pregnant or breastfeeding?

I would imagine none of the CD plans would be suitable for pregnancy. I think only a healthy balanced diet is suitable when pregnant and certainly while breastfeeding.

i imagine one of the high plans would be suitable.. but whether CD would allow her or not i wouldnt know.. she could ring up the CD HQ.. or theres cdcounceller on here, she would know

Official word on the CD website is this regarding those who should not use ANY Cd program

Women who are pregnant, have given birth within the previous three months or who are breast feeding.
