Hey girlie
This is from the site:
Poppadoms – curry accompaniments such as naan bread are a whopping 20 Syns each on average - popping a poppadom saves 16 Syns at only 4 Syns each. Low Syn dips include onion sambal (1 level tbsp is ½ Syn on Original and Green), cucumber raita (1 Syn for a level tbsp), lime pickle (1 level tbsp 1½ Syns on Original and Green) and mango chutney (1 level tbsp 2 Syns on Original and Green)

Chicken dishes – fab for an Original day, Chicken Dhansak (average 350g serving) is 6½ Syns on Original and 18½ Syns on Green, Chicken Jalfrezi (350g portion) is 8½ Syns on Original, 18½ Syns on Green, Chicken Vindaloo (360g serving) is 8 Syns on Original, 20 Syns on Green and Chicken Tandoori (340g serving) is 9 Syns on Original, 21 Syns on Green. If you’d like rice with your Original dishes, 100g (about a medium portion) of cooked rice is only 7 Syns! Alternatively, a crispy salad is Free!

Vegetable dishes – Great for Green, Vegetable Jalfrezi (375g serving) is 7½ Syns on Original and Green, Vegetable curry (380g serving) is 9 Syns on Green, 12½ Syns on Original, Gobi Aloo Saag (320g serving) 11 Syns on Green, 14½ Syns on Original, Vegetable Biryani (420g serving) 11½ Syns on Green and 21 Syns on Original.
Whilst these are some of the lower Syn Indian options, to enjoy a real slap-up Food Optimising feast, fill up on heaps of salad as an accompaniment to your dishes. On Green enjoy mountains of rice - whilst an average portion of pilau rice is 2½ Syns on Green, you can enjoy piles of boiled basmati rice for Free!

Enjoy it!
