Weekends!!!!

:wave_cry: Hi everyone!
Does anyone else struggle at weekends?
My husband and I usually get something really nice for our evening meal and then treats for after the children are in bed, like chocolate cake and cream or ben and jerrys ice cream!!! But tonight I'll be tucking into my shake while he eats lovely food!!!!:cry:
I seem to cope ok during the week but just cant get food off my mind at the wekends!!! I am soooo hungry !!!
almost half way through the diet not and I MUST stick to it!!!!!

Keep strong hun, you can do it. While he is eating his cholestrol, fatty, greasy, horrible fattening food, why dont you go and treat yourself to a long soak in the bath or something similar.

I dont really have that problem because I work shifts. I can sympathise with you though, it must be tough seeing him with all the goodies, but just think to yourself that all those goodies will be there for you once you get to your goal weight. Good luck and I hope it passes okay for you.
 
Hi chick!! Yeah i struggle at weekends too! Especially when i'm stuck in by myself watching rubbish tv, lol. Stick at it though girl...i just keep thinking one last stint at this, get it all off and i never have to deprive myself again, just eat less of it hehe!

Kereds right, let your OH have his thousands of calories (ok slight exaggeration but hey) and you pamper yourself for an hour or something! Or sit on here and chat to all us lot lol x
 
Yes me too! But I only work 12-15 hours a week and they are Tues, Wed and Thurs evenings. So my weekend as such is 4 days long!! However the babies food doesn't bother me (although her rusks were looking pretty yummy yesterday!) but my 19yr old son is a pizzaholic! Oh God the smell....my favourite food! But he is pretty good and without saying anything to me, I have noticed he tries to eat in another room and then come in for his chat! (can still smell it though grrrr!). 4.5 weeks to go! Whoo hoo!
 
awwww see! Us teenagers are actually quite sensitive to things like this!
 
i find it hard too, was at a bbq yesterday and actually cooked most of the food, there were bowls of sweets and crisps around and cake, felt so proud at the end of the day and esp this morning when weighed myself and saw i had lost another Ib
