Into the 10 stoneses AT LAST!!

Oh I can't believe it! :bliss:
I went for WI this morning and have FINALLY crossed into the 10 stones area!! (OK, I'm 10st 13.5lbs, but I'm in there) I haven't been this slim for over 30 years! On my wedding day in 1980, I was 11st 3lbs and looked fine.
I was 17st 10lbs when I started LT in July, but I have been 19st 3lbs at my heaviest.
I've had to start an emergency refeed on Thursday too, as my poor niece, who was terminally ill, has just passed away.
I'm driving down to Cornwall in the morning, to support my Sister and be there for the funeral, so have had to abandon LT just at the finish line.
The pharmacy have swapped my shakes for maintainance (Choc whip Mmmm) and I'm doing one or two a day and a salad.
Can't do that while I'm at my Sisters, so will be very careful what I eat.
(I never told her I was on it, as she had enough on her plate, and would have worried about me)
This is the best diet in the World, and I could NEVER have stuck it out without all the help and support on here, thanks everyone. :thankyou:
I'll be posting again when I come back in about 8-9 days.
Everyone keep going, we CAN do this!

Cathy, I am so sorry for your loss! I will be praying for your family. Keep strong hun!

But about your loss......FABULOUS! Your overall losses are just amazing! You are inspirational. I wouldn't worry about the refeeding....you are an expert by now. Well done you.

sorry to hear of your trouble. Best wishes to you. ....Cathy, that is wonderful with the WI. I hope to be there with you in 7 months time!! Keep posting. We need the support and inspiration.

well done you have done brilliant

So sorry to hear about your loss Cathy. My thoughts are with you and your family.

Well done you for getting into the 10stones. That's amazing. I hope to being joining you in about 12 weeks. You have done so amazingly well on this and are really inspirational to the rest of us. Well done.

Thanks to you all for your kindness.
Poor Nicky is at peace now, it was only 14 months from diagnosis to now. It was an extremely aggressive cancer of the sinuses, she bravely bore some awful treatments and was a complete star throughout. She even walked all around the farm (very slowly) only 4 days before the end. She has left 3 little boys, sadly, as well as all of us.
I'm using her as my inspiration, I can't moan about hunger etc when I think of what she went through.
My dearest Sister (Nickys Mum) is mainly the reason I started on LT. She has worried about my weight for years and years, so I thought, "Here goes" lose the weight and it's one less thing for Pat to worry about. She is thrilled that I've done it and I don't intend to regain any and let her down.
If I can help anyone who's struggling, I'd be more than happy.
I'm just going to tint my hair and pack now, but will be back on this evening, before my early night (getting up at 6am Arrgh!) Lots of love to you all. xxxxxx
