Hey everyone,
I'm less than 2 months into Cd and are noticing that my nails are becoming incredibly brittle. To the point that they are breaking below the white, and really hurting then.
Has anyone else noticed this on Cd? Is it ok to take a supplement like Perfectil? to encourage stronger growth?
