I'm starting SS on Weds with my existing 2 day supply and then meeting CDC on Thurs evening. Have read the mega useful link that Mini gave in another response about preparation but it covered a week.
So, as I only have 2 days, should I cut out refined carbs (or all major carbs) completely or is this a waste of time? Or should I reduce them over the 2 days? Quite like the idea of ketosis happening sooner rather than later but want the best chance of succeeding this time. Don't have a problem with the water as I always drink lots anyway.
