Hi

First time and first post so hello all.

According to Slimming world a skinny latte from starbucks is 6 1/2 syns. However if the milk is part of a healthy extra and black coffee is free why the syns.

My consultant said it was because of the syrup but I went into Starbucks today for a coffee and they confirmed that unless you ask for a syrup the only ingredients for a skinny latte is coffee and skimmed milk. I am confused!

Hope someone can help

I dont know huni but I kno that if I have them I class as HE A for the milk so therefore its free :)

A HEX is supposed to be 6 syns i think so I would use a HEX A and 0.5 syns (please correct me if i'm wrong!). I could go for one now actually!!!

Hi, I have a tall one and count it as my milk allowance for the day. Also, if you ask for sugar free syrup (eg vanilla) then that is free too!

I couldn't survive without my tall skinny sugar free vanilla latte!!!

Ooh! I hadn't even thought about having Starbucks while on SW! :D Only 1xHEXa and 0.5syns, eh? I think I'll have to bomb down to my local tomorrow and have one! I've missed my coffee!! lol

Definitely free - i assume the 6.5 syns are only if you're not using your Hex a.

These make me feel like i'm being really naughty but is totally within the plan... Now the only problem is the £40 a month it costs for a daily morning skinny latte!
