I'm so happy I had to post!!

I was feeling like a scruff in work cos my uniform is now two big...

So I went to asda in my lunch and got a new pair of size 14 work trousers!! :talk017:

Just need to get a smaller work shirt now :clap:

I've now dropped 3 dress sizes!!

Has anyone else started to see a big difference since starting CD/LT etc??

bet you are so chuffed!!

i saw a big difference when i took the pic the otherday of me and my jeans! lol

have noticed my hoodies are now hanging off me and am now one size down on jean sizes - not sure about tops yet as i am still wearing me old bigger ones - not gone shopping yet! putting it off aslong as i can lol

Yup! Was a size 20 when I started and two weeks on my size 18 jeans are feeling loose now!!! It's a lovely feeling, isnt it?
