Are pre-packed chicken slices allowed on ss+

Hi all,

Just need some advice. Are pre packed chicken slices allowed on ss+ as I've just had about four slices!!!

It depends on what is in the ingredients. I get pre-packed sliced meat from Lidls as it's 100% meat, but from other places it's often only 80-90% meat and contains stuff you shouldn't have really

Check the ingredients for next time

Thanks KD, I'm worried will I put on? Just had my weigh in this morning so have until nxt Thurs. Are the chicken packs from Lidl pricey?

Not enough to be concerned with. Just best to avoid it in the future.

I can't remember how much I pay as I don't buy them regularly, but I think they cost about the same as the average supermarket.
