I have just noticed I should be having 5 cheese triangles to make up a HEA or HEB. I haven't been eating 5 a day.

My query is - Do I still count the smaller portion as the whole HE? Can I mix and match to make up the whole amount e.g. have more milk instead ? or do I count the syns for the portion I have and choose another HE?
 
Probably best to syn them at one syn each, if you can afford the syns! Some people do split HEX's, not sure what the official line is on this though.
 
Thanks, I think I agree its best to count them and overcount rather than undercount and be disappointed at weigh in. Thanks very much
