I was wondering what is the 'right' range to show you're in ketosis?
Is the darkest the best?
Can the amount of water you drink affect the results?
When is the best time to test, first thing in the morning?
I'm all set to go tomorrow. I get weighed in the morning, get my shakes and away I go! I'm expecting miracles from reading all your posts!
