A question about cottage cheese

Hi Guys,

I have a quick question about cottage cheese (hope it's ok to post it here )

The very low fat one is free on green days, does that include the low fat flavoured ones ie with pineapple or chives???

Thanks

Gail

All cottage cheese is technically 'low fat', but only the 'fat free' ones are free.
Low fat ones are half a point per 100g or 1 point per 100g for flavoured varieties

Still pretty low, though!

Hi Gail,
It's worth looking them up as different brands are different syns. I know for a fact that Tesco Light Choices pineapple and chive ones are free (on red and green) but Asda is one syn per 100g.

I always use Tesco!!
