Just got some out from the freezer and according to the pack 100g boneless pork chop = 4 points (with fat on). I am having two steaks without fat - 150g and going to count 4 points for it.
Thanks hun - i checked on the WW site on the online tracker and it said 7 points for medium loin chop!!! That def cant be right - mine was tiny not much bigger than computer mouse by time i'd cut fat off - so I'm gonna point it at 2.5 or 3!!
I know what you mean! Mine are tiny too and I cut off all fat. No way I am going to point them at 7points! I think all that points were for fat anyway so I think you and me are right
When i first looked up the points of pork i was really shocked at how high they were, was gutted cos i wanted a change from chicken or beef.
Although i found that you can get healthy living pork escalopes from tesco , quite big but also quite thin, and they are only 1 point per escalope so well worth it.
