I have a book which says it's syn free on both green and red days....but my friend has an older slimmers world book which staes there are syns in it? Does anyone know for sure please?

is this still free cos its listed as free in my 08/09 book but not listed in my 2011 book....help

Hi

I have just read on another forum that the bolognaise bean feast is 8.5 syns per pack on all plans. That is a big difference from being free.

I believe that the ingredients have been changed hence the addition of syns.
