Bless him, my husband so wants me to succeed with CD that he has told me that he will take care of feeding himself while I am doing it. He's gonna buy his own food and cook it too!!! Now I know why I married him xx

My oh is really supporting me too, ive not been in a supermarket since i started cd.Also he cooks a lot of his own meals.He likes it too as it makes him cut down.Has anyone else noticed that they are saving money by not buying as much food in?

My husband has been cooking for himself too and it really helps. He's even cooked quite a lot for the kids when he's here so I have very little to do with cooking. I know some people really enjoy cooking when they're on this diet as the smells are enough but I'm best kept away from food as much as poss!! I too have noticed that we spend loads less on food shopping. A bit embarrassing though really as that shows it was me that was eating loads of the food!!
