.. does anyone know the syn value for one cake bite?

thanks!

EDIT - have just read about the rule of approx 20cals per syn.. each bite is 68cals, so would I be right in thinking about 3.5syns per bite?

yes they are 3.5syns each, just looked on SW site for you.
