Well, here am again back on the lipotrim journey. After the snow and refeed and lack of money all rolled into one i floundered big time. I tried the W8 as I didnt have to journey 2 buses to get weighed, but the loss was minimal and the willpower zero! The temptation of knowing I could eat food at the weekend was disasterous. I slowly slipped into eating, having the odd bottle of wine etc, before I knew it i as back to my old ways. But, the difference was I couldnt eat as much which was great.

I lost weight throughout those weeks, but put most of it all back on last week, the week of my birthday and eating terrible terrible foods!

So, I think I have got off lightly considering overall I havent actually put anything on (phew!). But I do think of all the weeks I missed and how I could be lighter now if I had stuck with it.

So, lipotrim here I come.

Drinking my first coffee latte of the day and I have to say compared to W8 shakes these are much better. Bought myself a little hand blender so I can use with the shakes and soup instead of microwaving, so thats all good. :p
 
Good Luck hun! You can do it! I think no food is so much easier than a little food. I just can't resist temptation.:eek:

Dont worry about not losing anything on your time on w8 just think of now. Whats done is done you cant change it!

So far so good! I'm really really looking forward to chicken soup LOL. I am on here instead of thinking about food...the kids are home, and they make me think of food (not sure why!!) :)
 
probably cuz you have to feed them hun! lol
 
Good luck on your re-start, at least you know what you are letting yourself in for so you have probably prepared mentally. Wishing you all the best Demaris.
BTW - I noticed you said you microwave your shakes, apparantelly we should never microwave them as they can lose essential nutrients and mineral by following this process. Best to use the kettle for warm drinks and your blender.
 
Good to see you back Demaris! You know what to expect this time so it should be that much easier. You also know that if you stick to it the weight will come off and quickly!

Aww thanks everyone. Its end of day one and I feel 'cleaner' if you know what I mean! Only a slight headache this morning, but managed to guzzle the water down. One thing I have realised, is ANY food is a slippery slope for me, so its got to be all or nothing :)

kered I wonder if maybe that was why I didnt feel on top form last time? Now I have a blender it will be easier, and there was no lumpy bits in the soup tonight! xxx
 
yeah it could be chick, as you were probably getting a lot loss nutrients than the rest of us!!

Yeah, it could well have been that Demaris. I think that was one of the first things that was told to me on this forum, on my day 1 I said I had microwaved it and I got told this information.
Well done on eating the soup, thats the only one I hate lol.
 
Yeah, I hate the "chicken" soup too! Bleaurgh!!! Love the shakes wizzed up with lots of ice-cubes tho! Thank goodness!
 
Oooh I love the soup! Mostly because I can sit down and eat with my family. Last night I had a few chilli flakes in it, and tonight I will have a few sprinkles of curry powder :)
 
Me too - i love the soup!!!!!!!!! i sit down and watch a tv programme with a bowl of it - cosy! :D

Well, I am on day 3 today and can't beleive I dont feel half as bad in the first few days as I did first time around. I havent checked ketosis yet, but will tomorrow day 4. Maybe my body is not in so much shock as it knows what to expect! I am feeling a bit nervous as surely I cant have lost weight when i feel so good! Bring on day 4 lol
 
i feel like that all the time chick and then i am suprised when i go to weigh in as i have felt so good all week that i couldnt possibly of lost weight! lol its strange isnt it!

i have odd days where i feel like crap but i put that down to constantly having a totm! :( lol
