Hey Phil,
Hmm dont know what i'd do with it either apart from putting it on fruit salad, think you can cook with it. Hope someone else will know.
I have things in my trolley sometimes I cant remember putting in, but that usually happens when my OH is with me lol

I'm sure it's good for making your own dips, like if you add herbs and stuff?
Maybe I'm making that up ^_^

There's a fromage frais mayo recipe on the SW website a the mo - looks really good and keeps about 5 days in the fridge :)

stir in some sweetener and use as cream to go with fruit..
add some cucumber or mint to use as a dip with curry or chilli..
stir into a curry or chilli thats a bit hot!...
use half mayo half fromage frais for things like potato salad... saves the syns...

I whisk 4 eggs with a tub of fromage frais and make a frittata. You could add herbs, seasoning, onions, mushrooms, peppers and some ham into it, put it in an ovenproof dish/tin and cook at 180 celsius for about half an hour. Let it go cold and you can pick at it freely all day or take some to work for lunch.

i pour in a highlights 0.5 syns and have chocolate fromage frais stops me craving kit kats lol

You could make a nice pepper sauce to go on top of steak, chicken ect. thr recipe is on the sw site as pink peppercorn sauce but i just use normall peppercorns and give them a bash with the old pessle and morter lol. :D

Is that free on red day?:innocent0001:

Hi Phil

I'm only on red as well and find that I always use this for different sauces.....I add it to a curry sauce to take away bitterness and make it that nice korma colour.

You could make a fish pie with carrot and swede topping (free on red) You add that to the sauce. There are loads of things to do with it but can't seem to think of them all now. Have you got any SW recipe books cos there are loads of ideas in those? :D
