good evening,
not been on here for a while been a bit fed up with dieting and felt like i was fighting a losing battle, but the night before last i had a letter from my last sw leader saying i was missed and that she would do all she could to help me and i thought that was very nice and that someone did care wether i lost weight or not, so am going back to meetings next week.

hope you are all well and losing lots also sorry to ramble

Hello, I was fed up with dieting and had given up ww due to the change in plan being towards points. Someone told me about the new SW plan extra easy being like the ww core one so I decided to join a class and it was the best thing ever as I lost 5lb this week and felt so much more positive. Good luck for going back to class, I'm sure you will do well again. xx

Ah cool, thanks, I am now hooked on it lol. My mate who told me about the new sw plan has not ventured here yet.

Good luck with your weight loss journey Karen - hope it all goes well for you next week at your meeting. This forum is great - everyone is very supportive and friendly and I find it a lifeline to be honest! take care xx

NO!? haahahaa Talk about small world! lol Baxters is, what, 300/400 yards from me. I stay sorta behind the filling station, and often walk my dogs through Baxters grounds. My neighbours work there too. I work in Forres, but hubby is at Walkers...come on, Walkers/Baxters - doesn't get more Scottish really, eh!? lol
