Hi everyone, I've been reading this forum with interest for a while & finally took the plunge & bought the starter pack. I will be starting on mon (2 meals out this weekend already booked). Initially went into Rowlands out of curiosity really but the pharmacist has been doing this since January & lost 3 stone & a couple of people were having their weekly weigh in when I was there so they talked me into it. Never done any diet like this before so beware, I'll have loads of questions next week:D

good luck with everything!

Thanks, spent the last couple of hours reading through the book & it looks "quite" straightforward. Just need to get rid of all the "bad things" out of the fridge, cupboards etc & re stock with healthier options. Worried about all that water though, I have a weak bladder anyway:(. 5 days left to prepare myself for a healthier lifestyle & a new me. Bring it on:party0049:

congrats on taking the plunge....im into 2nd week and i dont think ive ever been on a diet ( although lifesytle change better words) that fits in and makes so much sense as this one.

look forward to reading your posts hun x

Howdy, Bonjour, Allo and Welcome!

Well done for taking the first step! The first few days will be the hardest, as your body is getting used to the change, but you will definately get used to it, and start to enjoy the diet!

Hope it works for you :) :)

Sooz xx

Hi and welcome! Well done on taking your first steps in changing your lifestyle for the better and dropping those pounds for the summer! The diet is pretty striaghtforward and once you get over the "no extra carbs" bit, it is quite easy too! Good luck and keep us posted - enjoy your weekend too! x

Right, today's the day. Had my first shake this morning(cafe latte) not too bad. How long do people put this in microwave for? I only did it for 1 min on 750w but it was barely warm & would prefer it a bit hotter but was frightened of nuking the nutrients in it. Also, a slight problem for me is that I'm a sales rep so I practically live in my car. Should I take my sachets of shakes & shaker out with me & buy cold water everytime to mix it in the car or can I make them up at home & take it already prepared.
Oh & one more thing, I hope I don't get caught short with all the water I need to drink, the last thing I need is to get arrested for peeing behind a bush on the motorway:D
