I may have already asked this...

But how do I cook a bit of cod??

Lol!!

and how do I know when it is cooked?

Hmmm i like to cook like this:

Place your cod onto a sheet of tin foil
Wrap the foil around the cod.
Place in the oven middle shelf

You could add salt and pepper and a bit of lemon wrapped up with it too to add flavour

If you place the fish in foil in a hot oven, wont take any more than 10-15 mins. Prod it with a knife and the fish should look opaque.

You can also poach the fish hun.

it's lovely grilled
preheat the grill, put fish on a square of foil and spread with wholegrain mustard and place under the grill for about 8 mins.or put cajun spice on it and grill......bake in tin foil with lots of black pepper and lemon and dill or parsley or a little pesto for about 10 mins.at180 temp.enjoy it whatever way you cook it......

Sorry I am refeeding and dont have a clue!!!

My grandad just brought me over a steamer for my vegetables (how nice of him he went out and bought it for me )

Can I do it in there??
