Anyone breastfeeding and doing EE?

Just wondering if anyone else out there is breastfeeding and doing the EE eating plan?

I've just started at SW, and am liking the EE plan, but the leaflet that my consultant gave me about SW and breastfeeding is rather vague about the EE bit - do i add another 'a' choice in daily? My dd is 10 months old and bf alongside weaning.

Hi, I don't know for certain but I think you can have a lot more A choices when breastfeeding.
I would advise you to give your consultant a ring and ask her to clarify things for you, you don't want to go short!!

a girl in my group is breast feeding and she has about 7 extra healthy extras. She has loads of a choices and a couple of extra b choices. but i would check with your consultant as it may differ per person depending on weight, how long you have been b/f etc.

think but not sure.............its 3 A and 4 B choices........
