just wondering! have any of you had any experience of eating most of your points before 6pm and does it make a difference to your weightloss? are you more likely to gain or sts or loose just as normal.
not before 6pm, but at stopping eating at least 2.5hrs before bedtime yes.. i havent really tracked it as such, but the days i have eaten late and then gone straight to bed, i've been noticeably heavy feeling the next day xxx
