Hi, I have just started cambridge for the second time yesterday. But i have started on step two. three shakes and a small meal, can someone please go into more detail on what the 'white and green' vegetables are? so far i have eaten chicken and peas on monday, and today i had a small cod fillet with spinach. I understand it cant be veg like onions because they are high in sugar. HELP! Thanks xxx
