Hi ladies, when I start eating chicken and other foods on the 810 plan and above, can I add things like salt, spices, garlic, ginger, chicken/fish seasoning to it? Also can I add olive oil or is that a no no?
oils are a no-no, and garlic too (has carbs in) but you can add dry seasoning - not sure what ones to watch for on this, so wait for a CDC's advice I've used paprika, curry powder and chilli powder with a small amount of herbs, but that's it so far.
I use water to 'fry' in.. not oil
