How much do you loose on maintenance/refeed?

My Chemist is trying to persuade me to go onto maintenance to lose my last bit of weight. Although I've still got 1 1/2 stone to go she thinks I should start it now. I'd really like to know what people's experience of this are and how much you can expect to lose per week. All messages gratefully accepted!!
 
I think you shouldnt be pressured into doing anything you dont want to.

Ask yourself are you ready to re-feed? are you ready to start eating again?

If no, then don't do it.

I personally would stay on LT untill you reach your target - refeed then maintain.

But totally up to you honey. You obviously arent going to lose as much on refeed as you would on tfr. x
 
That's what I thought. I'm so pleased with the weight that I'm losing and if I drop to 1-2lbs a week or even less, then I'll be disappointed. I've left it that I'll read the literature, but in my heart of hearts I'd rather be a stone less than I am now and THEN think about refeeding. I am starting to have the odd lunch or meal now and then, but that's mainly to do with my job and certain situations I can't get out of, and to be honest I'm quite happy with doing that at the moment.
 
I would wait til you closer.. my chemist said to me about refeeding today as im 1lb off but I said id prefer to do another week and they were fine with it!!
 
Think about this... the longer it takes for you to lose the weight, the more money your chemist makes!
 
hehe i am gonna confuse you now!

I am personally going to refeed starting this weekend. I want to deliberately lose my last stone with slimming world.

I cannot for the life of me exercise whilst on LT. So i want to tone up and get used to a way of healthy eating :)

Hi Slimmabum its entirely up to you what you want to do, dont let him boss you about! But tbh i started on the LT maintenance one last Thursday, I have one chocolate mouse in the morning (made up as a milkshake though with water) and one in the afternoon I then have one smal meal in the eveniing. This has been working really good for me and I have lost 7lbs since last Thurs so its not all bad you just have to be strict with yourself!!!
