Oooh, I didn't know it was a Super Speed food. Yay for me....I eat at least 6 large tubs of this yummy stuff each week!

What about the ASDA GFY cottage cheeses with red papper and onion and chive. I bought some over the weekend to go on my krispbread. And didn't think to look before I went.

The onion and chive one is free, haven't seen the red pepper one though.

They are on offer at the moment - 2 tubs for £2. I saw the red pepper variety at the weekend but didn't get it as when I looked at the ingredients it had tomato puree in it. I wasn't sure if it would be free so just left it but would be interested if anyone knows for sure.

thanks jennifer - I have just seen on another page, prawn, natural and chive are free. Pineapple is 1 syn. After reading circes comments I might be best to syn the red pepper - so I am not let down at WI.
