Just pigged out on chocolate, loads of nuts, very mad with myself been doing fine. I find this harder at weekends now.
weigh day tues hope its not ruined. This is how i end up giving up all other diets but will just have to start a fresh tom.
Wk 1 - 4lb
Wk 2 -2lb
Wk 3 -2lb
