Ok so considering I ate a cookie (consisting of 288 calories!!) mid week, I am so very very happy today!!!

I have had a mega busy week and at the moment it looks set to continue this way. I have taken on a weekend job to help clear my credit card!! :ashamed0005:

Still not managed to do any form of exercise, any tips would be really helpful! I just find after I finish work, I am shattered. I start very early and get up an 4:30am!

So here it is, I lost..... 2 1/2 pounds!! So now 13 Stone 4 3/4 pounds!!

Anyway I hope everyone is doing well.

Well done you !!

That is fantastic !
:bliss::bliss::bliss::bliss::bliss:

I had Fajita's last night and a pint of lager and lime but I did manage 100% all week so hoping it won't impact too much on Tuesday !

I also struggle to fit in exercise as have no time without the children - my DH works on Saturdays most weeks and is at Footie matches with the boys on Sundays..... I am also shattered once they all in bed (or back from various clubs) and we are up at 6 ish most mornings to get sorted (I could get up at 5.30 am and go for a run - but not feeling the need to yet !)

Anyway that is such a good result :D Jessica !

well done jrabbit, thats brillant news, it just shows that you have good control over your food and now these lbs that you are loosing every week has gone forever!! :)

Bloomin' heck, another excellent loss - you are just so incredible :D

My goodness, you are going to be hitting the 12s soon! You must be seeing some really big changes going on? How is the YouTube project going?

Gosh another fantastic result! Well done Jess you're doing soooo great! I wouldn't think you'd need to add in any extra exercise judging by how busy you are!

Well done again! xx

I'm a total newbie to this site, diet chef.... infact, I'm a newbie at the whole "giving up control of anything at all in my life" thing.

I'm really motivated by reading all your stories and seeing how well everyone is doing with this diet. I got my packs last week and start tomorrow.

Any tips??

Hi Nerys!! And Welcome!!

You've picked a great plan..... I have to sort of .. pick you up ... on one thing you say though .... far from giving up control, taking yourself in hand and DOING something about what you're not happy with is TAKING BACK control and all power to you for doing this fantastic thing for yourself and the family which will come as a result of it - I'm sure!

My main tip would be - stick to it to the letter - at least for the first 4 weeks before you start making alterations and substitutions and maybe adding other things in. That way you can see exactly how well it works. You've only got to look at Jess's results above to see that.

I am a lapsed DCer. I got too relaxed about the plan and have had to take myself in hand another way temporarily - but I WILL be back!

All the very best on your journey - I look forward to seeing how you get on. Why don't you start your own thread about yourself and your experience so that we can find your story easily? Just a thought. xx
