Well i've finally found something which may actually work. Iv struggled with my weight over the last 18 months or so and piled on the pounds (and stone ). I read up on this diet and with good results with some of my work collegues decided to try it myself.
Today is my day number three. Iv managed to keep to the diet but slipped up today and had a bread bun and im really disapointed with myself :sigh:. and i havent been drinking all the necessary water.
I thought id come on here for a bit of support and so i can ask questions if people are willing to answer?!
Anyhow some questions can you have robisons sugar free juice with water? Its probally the only way Ill be able to drink more? and will the bread bun slow things down. I know it sounds stupid but i really wanna stick to this!
