Struggling with syns

Hi all

Have been doing sw for 6 weeks now. Have lost 10 1/2 lbs (it was 11 1/2 but I put on last week :cry:)
I'm finding the meals no problem to stick to (green and extra easy) but am really craving my syns.

I'm had 15 today already and could easily eat 15 more.

Its not "hunger" but craving.
 
What foods are you craving? There could be alternatives to them. When I crave chocolate I have a cadburys highlights hot chocolate which is 2 syns, much lower than a chocolate bar.
 
Hi, I try to save mine for evening and then it gives me something to really look forward to. I feels like a real treat to sit down and munch through biscuits and chocolate wafers with a cuppa!

I struggle a bit if I use them early in the day as I do like my evening treats. You can also try to save a B choice for later and maybe have a Hifi bar or cereal bar if it's a sweet craving you have.
