Hi all
Have been doing sw for 6 weeks now. Have lost 10 1/2 lbs (it was 11 1/2 but I put on last week :cry
I'm finding the meals no problem to stick to (green and extra easy) but am really craving my syns.
I'm had 15 today already and could easily eat 15 more.
Its not "hunger" but craving.
