Another day dawns - a chance to forget the blips (if you've had any) and start afresh!!
I had a succesful day yesterday - (although had a bar instead of a shake at lunch time) and managed 2*20 minutes on my mini-stepper and downed 3.5 litres of water!
I MUST be good today as its weigh in tomorrow morning & this week would have only been a 4 Day week on Cambridge (didn't start until Tuesday & had been eating junk from Saturdays Wi until then )
