Hello everyone!

Spent 3 days on THE most boring course in the history of boring courses but managed to get out of there, just hope I passed the damn exam as I can't face doing it all over again!

Anyway hope everyone is ok and slimmer than when I last was on!

I have recently tutored at a course for ITIL service management.

I think I did ok, I hope everybody enjoyed it.
