...altho' I was never really 'on' them. I find they don't last long enough, and they leave a funny taste in my mouth for ages afterwards (even the Banana, which is my favourite). I just can't get through them slowly (unlike a bar) and I don't feel at all filled up afterwards. Sorry, Briks! I'll be sticking to the rest of the range from now on.
PS. That lady who lost 24½ stone on CD ONLY ate Chocolate Velvet Briks throughout her whole weight loss (because she didn't like anything else) - I don't think I could have had that willpower!
