Can someone tell me how many syns a chicken kebab would be?
I fort maybe free on a red day?

Yes, it usually is free, so long as the chicken is grilled/griddled and not fried with oil. Most chicken kebabs are griddled, so they should be free!

don't forget if you have chilli sauce or others they will be synned, i usually add about 3 syns for chilli sauce
