Re Feeding??

Can you tell this newbie what re feeding is? I keep seeing it on here but have no idea what it is!

It's a gradual re-introduction of food.

Have a look at some re-feeding diaries in the re-feeding forum - they'll give you an idea of what's involved. xx

Mind you, it might help not actually looking at them if you have a long way to go!

I steer clear of them cuz i have untill june on this diet and so when nearer the time ill look then but to get a general overview of what refeed is then yeah have a goose
