Hi there, been on & off SW for the last year now but my will power has been close to non-existent & the small amount I lost I put back on again! Started again on Sun & am determined this time will be different. Not going to classes so thought that keeping a diary here might help.
So here goes:
Breakfast
Strawberry muller light
1 Alpen light bar (1/2 HEB)
Lunch
M&S sweet chilli & lime chicken mini fillets (2.5 syns)
cherry muller light
2 small mandarins
Snack
Alpen light bar (1/2 HEB)
Dinner
grilled steak & small baked potato (1 HEB)
28g chedder (HEA)
If hungry later will have some strawberries or melon chunks
