Hello!! Where are all you scottish slimmers??? It is so quiet here. I do the sw plan but used to do scottish slimmers a few years back. It is a really good diet, i just found sw suits me and my lifestyle better. Anyway i still remember a good bit about ss so if anyone needs any advice just ask, you will usually find me lurking about the slimming world forum
